My great granddaughter, Kay Ellen Gilmour, has published the first two in a series of four historical novels involving the monumental migration of several thousand Palatines from Germany to America.  Among those were several of my grandparents of various generations.  I believe you would enjoy these works that blend documented genealogical facts on the people involved with the historical background of the times.
